 In some places of the site, "forums" links to Ask Fedora and in this page,
 it links to fedoraforum.org instead.  We should be consistent and not
 confuse others.  Either create a new link to Ask Fedora and and have forum
 link to fedoraforum.org in parallel or chose one.
