Make doesn't seem to make work

Hi Matt,
you should be able to run all branches in a test instance. You need to
be in the site directory you want to build, i.e. fedoraproject.org,
and run:
$ make test

This will build all the languages, so it's rather long. As you're
running a test instance and probably don't want to have all the
languages, unless you want to fix translation issues, you can also
build a single language, for example:
$ make en test

This will build the pages in english. To stop the instance, do:
$ make stoptest
