[Fedora-xen] Xen dom-U network problem

Dear All,
I have a problem in my FC5 xen installation.
I am using FC5 as dom-0 and everything works well here, the problem is in
the FC5 dom-U.
It can NOT see the eth0 device.
Adding the line
'alias eth0 xennet'
to /etc/modprobe.conf
did not solve the problem, it still complains about the device not being
ready...

any suggestions?
