Yes, I agree about turning off NeoMagic.
This is old FB driver.
So I also think NeoMagic isn't needed by ia64.

Aron, could you turn off CONFIG_FB_NEOMAGIC?

BTW, I'll cleanup arch-ia64.h. :-)
