Yeah, I read about that.  In my case it was an issue with NX...  The F10
kernel was trying to use it though it was disabled on the host (dom0)
causing 'invalid instruction' errors.
I enabled it in the BIOS and it worked.  That said it's still a bug but
I found a fix mainstream (or even in bugzilla, don't remember).
