[Fedora-xen] Can't text install DomU

I only did systemctl start xenconsoled.service. After verifying that
this worked, I did enable the same service. The reason for experiencing
this problem, may be because I updated some packages from
updates-testing, and then downgraded again, e.g. did some yum
distribution-synchronization.
