Broken libgladeui dep in xfce-4.8 f14 repo

The problem is that F14 originally came with glade3-3.7.1 but it got 
downgraded in an update for some reason:

- Revert back to 3.6.7 (Thanks Matthew Booth for patch)

Since this involves a soname change... libxfce4ui needs a rebuild with 
the current set of F14 updates.
