XFCE 4.8 for EPEL 6

Kevin pointed out to me the mousepad is dead for the moment.  leafpad has had 
some activity so I've requested a branch for that.  Not strictly necessary I 
think as the default panel does not include an editor.  Should we still have 
it as default?  Thoughts?
