Leafpad is always on top

Xfce 4.8

Hi All,

Yesterday something went really weird with my Xfce desktop:
all my program windows were missing their decorations.
I solved it by renaming ~/.cache/sessions.

Now I have one problem left: Leafpad is always on top.  I can
not pull a window in front of it.  (I have to minimize Leafpad.)
I use Leafpad *a lot*.  This is a real pain in the neck!

Anyone know how to fix this?
