They are not easy accessable in one folder, but they are there. e.g.:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/kevin/xfce-4.10/fedora-17/fedora-17-x86_64/libxfce4ui-4.10.0-1.fc17/

There is:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/kevin/xfce-4.10/fedora-17/fedora-17-x86_64/libxfce4ui-4.10.0-1.fc17/libxfce4ui-4.10.0-1.fc17.src.rpm
