Xfce 4.12 on Rawhide (current status and issues)

Hi Raphael,
Aattached a patch that compiles correctly with libxfce4ui on your xfce bug,

I tested it compiling with rpmbuild on fedora 20. Note that the patch
seems a big due changes by vala. But I think is correct.

p.s: Send it before here, but was rejected by the attachment size. hehe. :S
