XFCE 4.12 on EPEL7

OK, removing the build deps seems work. I've been able to build
(mockchain -r epel-7-x86_64) and use (I'm using it about a week already
and no issues noticed so far, but I don't use whisermenu nor
xfdashboard) the following on EPEL7 (first couple of packages up to
xfce4-panel sans the gtk engine need to be more or less in this order;
the spec updates would be fewer had I used the updated packages from
f22 instead of f20+copr...):
