Hi John,

# rpm --import https://fedoraproject.org/static/246110C1.txt
# yum update
# yum clean all
# yum --releasever=22 distro-sync

Has worked perfectly on two machines so far for me.

On the first one, I actually listened to music over the Internet
and did office work (on the computer) while Fed Up did its
thing.  Took about 30 minutes or so.
