+1000 there will always be little changes such as where a bus is
parked or which room a meal is in. By announcing it right before it
happens we don't have people who blindly follow what they read and
don't pay attention. These "flexible" items will be the only thing
that gets read ...
I'll also add we have #fedora-flock on freenode for questions/general
flock discussion, etc.
