Discontinuing WPI Fedora mirror

WPI is discontinuing its Fedora (and other Linux) mirror server.  I've removed the
MirrorManager configuration [1] and references to wpi.edu in the Fedora wiki [2].  If you
are syncing against download.wpi.edu, you should choose a new upstream mirror [2] to sync
from.
