Another idea.. I can't -quite- make it fit, but..

Where the Fedora coming down Could just be the Fedora F Logo, and  
Everyone, could be embedded or You.  The F logo could also be held by  
the hand in the arm of the idea. You could put a ARM as a tattoo type  
of thing on the bicep.. It would be better if I could find a better  
word that being with E or Y.
