[Design-team] Design spin and gnome-python2-desktop testing

A dependency issue has been blocking composes of the Design suite spin since
September 8th. Peter Robinson just rebuilt the gnome-python2-desktop source
package which includes the gnome-python2-evolution package, which is what
was blocking the Design suite spin composes (at least most recently).

He is hoping to get people to test this for problems so that we can get it
pushed as an update for beta or shortly afterwards.
