[Design-team] Request to review the mockups for AskFedora Redesign

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback and yes I will have a discussion on the
fedora-design IRC as well about this. And thanks for the advice on creating
a ticket and I will consider that too when I move into detailed coding.
First our plan is to get the basic layout correct and then only move into
detailed coding. Further views on the designs are welcome.
