High contrast symbolic icon for Firefox

To Whom It May Concern,

I serve on a steering group for the Workstation edition of the Fedora
community Linux distribution. To fix and enhance the edition's
coherent appearance, group members are working on coverage of our
applications' symbolic icon set. We're doing this in partnership with
the GNOME project upstream.

The Firefox icon that appears in place of a symbolic icon is currently
the full color logo. However, that appearance is inconsistent with
the other symbolic icons in the environment. Symbolic icons are used
in a few specific locations in the desktop environment, such as the
top-most application menu, to align with the overall visual theme of
the environment.

You can find information on these symbolic icons here:
<https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/icons-and-artwork.html#custom-symbolic-icons>

You can also see a set of symbolic icons used in upstream GNOME here:
<https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-icon-theme-symbolic/tree/master/gnome/scalable>

We seek permission to create and package a Firefox symbolic icon,
subject to Mozilla approval, to include in Fedora Workstation.
