opencv 2.0.0 soname change

As Karl explained I Think It worth to have a reliable SO version.
We are doing this adjustement in F-13/devel only, and there is no API/ABI
involved.

Once that said, I would have preferred to have a buildsys override to be set
for F-13, so packagers of the above packages could have submitted the F-13
rebuilt along with F-14's one.
