Hi Tuan,
I think it's all in thge wiki page we need, just one consideration.
IMO the welcome message to the ambassadors ML should be sent by the
FAmA (you) from time to time, it's nicer.
Therefore I'd propose to change the last steps to:

* Mentor send Welcome message to candidate (CCing in you)
* When reached at least 5 new ambassadors (or less if not more within
a month) FAmA send out the officla welcome message to the ambassadors
ML

But it's just a minor change, let's hear what the others say I'm also
fine with the actual proposed process, and you too I guess as you'll
be able to share some work :)
