input-pad 0.1.1 & ibus-input-pad 0.1.2 are released.

The input pad is a tool to send a character on button to text applications.
The command input-pad is a standalone application and ibus-input-pad provides input-pad on IBus (input method)

This application can sends several characters:
  - symbol table              (¢, £, ¥)
  - number table              (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ)
  - technical unit table      (℃, ℉, ㎞)
  - arrow table               (←, ↑, →, ↓)
  - chat smiley table         (:), :-), :-D)
  - HTML char reference table (&, ", <, >)
  - date command table
  - code point dialog
  - keysym with keyboard layout (Zenkaku_Hankaku, Ctrl+Space, NumLock)
  - XKB layout via libxklavier
  - $HOME/.config/pad support for user directory

If you use Fedora 12, 13, you can use input-pad with IBus. ibus-input-pad requires input-pad.

# yum install input-pad ibus-input-pad

If you use Fedora rawhide, the setting dialog for ibus-input-pad, Acronym table and eek module are also available.

# yom install --enablerepo=rawhide input-pad input-pad-eek ibus-input-pad [1]
