So these are fedora-specific zikula modules. FAS auth and the
fedora-theme are not likely to be used elsewhere, so they should
likely live only in infra's internal repository, not EPEL.
Toshio may be able to shed more light on the process for getting
packages into infra's repo, but I believe I have already submitted the
packages to him for inclusion.
