Regarding content of the proposal need to be submitted on the melange page

There's a couple of things you'd need to be aware of. The actual
application has to be in the Melange system. There's an end-date for that
(I think it is 27Mar). Once it is in the system, you may be required to
work with your mentor to further refine and revisit the proposal.

Even if you are using the wiki page to fine-tune a proposal in
collaboration with your mentor and other members of the community, you have
to get it in the Melange Dashboard for the organization.
