That does indeed sound like the issue we're hitting. Would you be able
to install Fedora 22 i686 on that system, update it with all the
latest packages and then run the upgrade to F23 (using the dnf-plugin-
system-upgrade from http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildI
D=685235  You will need dnf-plugin-system-upgrade-0.4.1-
1.fc22.noarch.rpm and python2-dnf-plugin-system-upgrade-0.4.1-
1.fc22.noarch.rpm)

That will let us know if the upgrade would break on that system.
