Strange statistics for the release notes

Extra files are from name dublication. 

Ex.:
uk-UA/Circuit_Design.po
uk-UA/CircuitDesign.po

Only one file form these two files is needed to generate Release Notes, but Fedora is a Chaos, hence you will never know which is needed until join doc-team. ;)
