In this case, I think the parenthetical part should be clearly
descriptive and not an alternate name: Fedora Workstation -> "Fedora
desktop for software developers"; Fedora Cloud -> "Fedora for cloud
computing"; Fedora Server -> "Fedora for easy deployment of server
roles".
