davfs2 - Problem

I have downloaded
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/davfs2/davfs2-1.4.6.tar.gz


compiled and installed in /usr/local.

then I removed my rpm davfs2 with:
yum remove davfs2

copied the secrets file into /usr/local/davfs2/etc
rebooted

and then mounted the /media/box.net

fine.

but cp/touch fails on the /media/box.net drive.


It was a try - but does not solves the problem.
