Hi after reading the bugzilla I found Bug 585758 - unable to create
files on WebDAV fs (but mkdir worked fine) 

and there was a solution to use : 

set use_locks       0
in the /etc/davfs2/davfs2.config file.

This worked for me.

Now I can create files on the davfs-Filessystem.
