F19 install and custom / RAID partitioning

The install has succeeded but when I reboot I get the following:

error: failure reading sector 0xfc from 'hd1'.
error: failure reading sector 0xe0 from 'hd1'.
error: failure reading sector 0x0 from 'hd1'.
Secure boot not enabled

Press any key to continue...

However, even if I don't press any key it then boots normally.

Anyone know what this means and how serious it is?
