F19 install and custom / RAID partitioning

This could be an old bug. You could install the grub2-efi, grub2-tools, and shim packages for Fedora 20 or even Rawhide; and then:

grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
