Gnome-3 workspace moves

I think there is a tweek for that.  Look at the tweek tool.  Plus there 
are plugins that allow you to <ctl-alt-arrow> to move apps across 
workspaces.  But I have switched to Xfce so don't have a F21/Gnome-3 
system all tweeked out.
