You need to install 389-ds on server2.org.com, then run setup-ds-admin.pl on that system, specifying server1.org.com as your configuration ds, and specifying the same admin domain.

Thank you Rich, I did that but I'm back to server1 ujsing 389UI Admin console and can't see the second host: server2.org , do I need to to register or reboot anything ? Isabella

Export the config LDIF from second host. Connect to second host, open Config. Select export database. Navigate until you get to host name. Export that tree out. (this assumes you configured with same domain name). Then copy LDIF to master and import. Should merge.
These are rough steps from my cell phone but hopefully gives you an idea.

setup-ds-admin.pl should have done that for you if you correctly specified the configuration ds. If not, then I'm not sure what else you can do except start over from scratch.
