This worked great. I now have a single server running koji and bodhi.

Thanks,
No, I was following the "Set up a local bodhi development instance" and using sqlite3. The deployment instructions was a big help, thanks again.
On other note, is there any known problem with running bodhi-server on same system as koji server?

Yes, mod_python and mod_wsgi conflict for the versions currently available in updates. If you have a rhel5 server you will need a newer version of mod_python than what is deployed with rhel5. If you have a fedora 12 server you will need to install the mod_wsgi from updates-testing in order to be able to run both at the same time. I recently acquired commit permissions on mod_wsgi so let me know if you run in to any problems with the newest version.
To be clear, to run both koji and bodhi on the same server in the same apache instance you need mod_python > 3.3 and mod_wsgi > 3.1
This is good to know, thanks for figuring this out Josh. I added this to the bodhi FAQ.
