[PATCH] 0003 Retrieve string value from DBus propery interface reply, correctly.

getcert client uses Get method from DBus Property Interface to retrieve 
some information about tracked requests from certmonger daemon. This 
method always returns the result wrapped in VARIANT data type.
getcert must unwrap it instead of trying to access the value directly.
