[ELN] How to do CI tests in ELN

Hello.

Is it possible to run the Fedora CI tests in Fedora ELN as well as in Fedora proper?

My main interest is with Pull Request to the master branch, since that is where 
ELN builds are built from.

Not currently. This is definitely a blocker for being able to do that:

If we have something to test on, enabling it should be fairly easy I believe.
