There will be clients which can't / don't want to use external servers
for retracing.
If they can contact
bugzilla.redhat.com they can contact also other public
server for the retrace, can't they?

As long as it is able to specify more than one directory,
it's all we need.
OK, please file a Fedora Bug (or I can do it myself). Still I do not
understand the use case for it.
