Portal content publishing

I submitted a PR that was merged 3 months ago. The content has not yet
appeared on the portal web site. Is there a publication schedule?

Sorry about that, I was working on openshift deployment and had hopes 
the app would be at least on the way to OpenShift by this time to make 
it less manual process.
but I met some hurdles.
