.NET Core 2.2 preview builds available in Copr repo

Hi all,

I have created a new copr repo where we can build/test preview releases
of .NET Core:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/dotnet-sig/dotnet-preview/

This repository will contain non-final builds of .NET Core only. It's
likely to be less stable than the other copr repository that contains
final releases only. Please only use this new copr repo if you are
prepared to deal with breakages and possible issues.

For now, I have added 2.2.0-preview3 to this copr. Sources for 2.2
