Migrate from Internal IPA to new external IPA

We have a internal freeipa setup, already configured, we are migrating to a 
new host which cannot access the internal ipa, and vice versa
best method for dumping users/ dns / configration and putting it into the 
new deployment, dont see how ipa-mgrate will help any here.
