neuro-sig COPR group clean up

Hello,

We've got quite a few unmaintained repos on COPR under the neuro-sig
group.  I intend to do a bit of housekeeping to remove projects there
that aren't in use any more. Please take a look and let me know if you
do not want me to delete a project:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/groups/g/neurofedora/coprs/

I will delete all projects apart from the neurofedora-extra copr on
Monday, the 10th of August.

Of some interest to me would be the python-joblib package, but I see that a
more recent version is already in the repos.

Yes, the COPRs haven't been updated in some time.

I've deleted the inactive ones now.
