Python contribution opportunity: migrate PyNN from Nose to py.test

Hi folks,

PyNN still uses Nose for testing, which is now deprecated. So they're
looking to move to py.test (this came up in the Fedora package review).
Are there any Python folks here who'd like to work on this?
