Added support for dialog boxes.
Created a new class, named DialogScreen, that takes a title and a
message. It then shows those when the dialog is started.
Dialog boxes support colorsets in the same way as other screen types.

Adds support for using fullscreen applications.
If the use_full_screen() method returns True, then an empty label that's
as wide as the screen, and an empty label as tall as the screen, are
added to the GridForm to pad it out.

Fixed the selection model for the SelectionListConfigScreen.
The get_screen_options() method now returns an array where each element
is an array of two elements: the value for the selected option, and the
text to display for the option, respectively.

Added support for dialog boxes.
Created a new class, named DialogScreen, that takes a title and a
message. It then shows those when the dialog is started.
Dialog boxes support colorsets in the same way as other screen types.
