For the fedmsg + perceval plugin, starter tasks are available on the
Outreachy portal after you verify your eligibility. These tasks should
give you small opportunities to make contributions and learn the project.

I wish to learn, enhance my skills and make a difference by
contributing
to open source project. I feel Outreachy is the best platform to start
