"HTML::FromText" converts plain text to HTML. There are a handfull of
options that shape the conversion. There is a utility function,
"text2html", that's exported by default. This function is simply a

[patch] CPANPLUS::Dist::Fedora

I noticed you forked CPANPLUS::Dist::Mdv and posted CPANPLUS::Dist::Fedora
to CPAN the other day... I'd been meaning to do that for a while :-)
Here's a patch I've been working on -- it tries to clean a few things up,
though probably makes things a touch more messy, but also attempts to make
the resulting specs more compliant to the Fedora packaging guidelines.
There's more to be done, but I figured I'd send it your way before going too
much further.
