could somebody explain, what is going on with perl(Class::MOP) in

It's because of the Moose 2.0 update. Class::MOP is now part of Moose
itself, so I asked Marcela to retire perl-Class-MOP. Unfortunately,
though, I made another minor update to perl-Moose during the week and
now can't push it to stable until later today. Normal service should
be resumed within a day or two.
