If you could create the side-tag that would be perfect, since i am not in the rust-sig
group, so i don't have access to rust-ttf-parser. and it's the first package that
must be build before the others.

Somebody from rust-sig or the maintainer of rust-ttf-parser could request a
rust-ttf-parser0.12 repo to permit the update to version 0.15 in the main repo.

I can create a ttf-parser 0.12 compat package and update ttf-parser
to
version 0.15.0.
Do you want me to open side tags for you to build the rest of the
packages in, or would you rather do that yourself?
