I noticed quite a few of the trackers apply to rawhide which means

still a lot of packages that aren't being maintained but rather

into the next version without a thought. Not sure what the answer is

If it's not maintained we need to get it pulled from rawhide.
If someone wants it in (or needs it in from a dependency) than they
better maintain it, or find someone who will.
Is it possible to push/enforce this?
