[PATCH] Fix handling of translated man pages in spec file

Hi,

this patch fixes a minor issue with the example spec file. Another way
to fix the issue is to put po4a into the BuildRequires of the spec file,
but we prefer not to do this in the example spec file, because there are
platforms where po4a is not available.
