[PATCH] Make IPA SELinux provider aware of subdomain users

Hi,

attached is a 1.9 version of a fix for
https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/ticket/1892.

It's not the best looking code but unfortunately in 1.9 there is still
the old sysdb API before Simo's refactoring where we need to pass the
right sysdb context.
